Snow Villages

Today we went downtown to the Snow Villages display at the Grand Wayne Center benefiting Habitat for Humanity. It was a very nice display and it is always nice to go downtown and walk around a bit.

I wanted to take some pictures of the kids and Grant was being difficult, so I said, "fine, you take a picture of Dad, Shelby, Chloe and I" so then each kid wanted to take a picture. Can you guess who took which pictures??????

Chloe Just Being Chloe!

Yesterday, Chloe and I spent the afternoon at Country Kitchen decorating a Gingerbread House. Aunt Deb signed Chloe up and I didn't really know how she would do with it....especially since it was during the time when she normally takes a nap. She had a great time!! I squirted the icing for her, but she knew exactly what she wanted to do. This class was actually geared for Home Schooled children, so there were 2 other girls that were about Chloe's age and then all the rest were around 12 - 14. Chloe kept a close eye on how they were decorating theirs and then tried to do the same things. It was a fun afternoon. Thanks Aunt Deb!!

HEY.....Where are all the kids????

Yesterday morning, Chloe wanted to go to the park. She kept bugging Brian and bugging him to go. Finally, Brian said to get her bundled up and he'd take her to the park. So she put her snow pants on, her coat, boots, scarf & mittens and off they went to the park. Brian said that they got there and Chloe said, "Hey....where are all the kids??"
